The place was clean. We loved the queen room. the staff was affable, especially the member of the Bar Staff who gave us some tips about Santander. We enjoyed our stay and strongly recommend it to anyone!

Las Casitas was a great value for money, with a clean and comfortable room. The location was convenient, especially for those arriving from the Ferry terminal. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The food at the cafe was mind-blowing, the best steaks we've ever tasted, and the member of staff who spoke good English was SUPER helpful. The hotel had free parking, clean rooms with flat-screen TVs, and a nice bar/lounge area. No pets allowed and non-smoking rooms were available. The check-in process was easy, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Stayed at a hidden treasure, Las Ventas. Loved the surprise of finding out it's actually a restaurant! Parking, bar, garden, and free WiFi. So fun trying to locate it in the dark and rain!

The cleanliness of the room was impressive, although I did notice a stray hair on the sink tap, but overall it was comfortable. One standout aspect was the incredible food offered in the Cafe. The steaks were the best I have ever tasted, and the English-speaking staff member was incredibly helpful. Despite a few minor setbacks, I would recommend this hotel for its unique ambiance and excellent dining options. I had a pleasant stay and would consider returning in the future.
